Tough Conditions for Mackay 2012

Windy conditions again for race day, seas bigger than yesterday, all team were ready to go for race 1, taking the 1000hp, Maritimo Mainlube, 600hp, Blade Custom Boats, 400hp, Phantom Racing.
For the first time in a very long time every boat finished the race (Great effort to the teams).
Race 2, seas had grown and winds stronger, all teams lined up to race again, winner for 1000hp, Maritimo Mainlube, 600hp, BBC Digital, 400hp Phantom Racing.

The Offshore Superboat Championship would like to thank all of the support and safety craft and crew that were on the water today in such rough conditions, with out their support these races cannot happen.

The Series now moves north to Townsville, 30th June & 1st July.
