Final Round For 2011
The Offshore Superboat Championship teams line up for the final round of the 2011 season at Williamstown, Victoria this weekend, After starting at Newcastle in May then on to Mackay, Townsville, Redcliffe and Geelong, Williamstown ends a great journey along the east coast of Australia and for some of the teams it will be time to regroup and repair their race machines for the 2012 Season.
Williamstown pit area is at the "PMA" site 82 Nelson Place, Williamstown, close to the corner of Ann Street, Racing will take place off Point Gellibrand Coastal Heritage Park.
Saturday 3rd December, Pole Position Shootout 2pm-3pm.
Sunday 4th December, Race: Start 11:30am (for 1 hour timed race).
This is a free event for the public to view on the shore or from your own vessel.
Public are welcome to visit the teams in the pit area and have a chat.
